	Hagley Theatre Group was started in 1946; since then, although only a small society, it has presented a wide cross section of drama including Ayckbourne, Miller, Shaw, Sheridan and Coward, to cater for the varied audiences it attracts. Recently the Society has won a cup and certificates for productions in several Drama Festivals. Next year sees their 150th production. Further plays were performed with a mixed cast and the group was named as Let's Do A Play Club.
