HEATHER HARPER has appeared many times in principal roles at Covent Garden, Glyndebourne and Bayreuth. She has been a regular performer at the London Promenade Concerts over the years and has been a popular choice for soprano roles on opera and oratorio records. Miss Harper created the soprano role in Benjamin Britten’s War Requiem and received much acclaim for her interpretation of this role.
