Leominster Morris, or Leominster Morris Men as they appear in early Leominster Festival programmes, were revived in 1983 after the original Leominster Morris had foundered in the very early part of the 20th Century.
Their first credited appearance at Leominster Festival was in 1984, soon after their formation, at the Craft Fair on The Grange. The previous Craft Fair also featured Morris Dancing but it's unknown whether this involved any of the participants who later went on to create the group known as Leominster Morris.
