Welcome
Welcome to a history of Leominster Festival.
Leominster Festival has been a regular feature for over 40 years (since 1980) in the town of Leominster, Herefordshire in the UK. However, there is no online record of it's past history so this site attempts to fill that gap. Although this archive is not complete, it is aimed to be a starting point for the collection of information.
My thanks to Leominster Festival stalwart Don Millar who kept such excellent records and made them available to me which has enabled this archive to be created.
If you have any further details, pictures or memories you'd be very welcome to share them and I can add them to the records.
Note - this is entirely an unofficial site and not connected directly to the Leominster Festival committee - their site can be found at https://leominsterfestival.org/ or on Facebook where they post up-to-date information.
Initially, the Festival was held on every second year, beginning in 1980.
