The Royal Oak Hotel was, in it's day, one of two beautiful hotels in the town, with bars, a restaurant and function rooms.

One particularly grand room, I believe upstairs, was known as the Regency Room and used for smaller talks, such as Collecting Contemporary Art.

Outside, adjoining the hotel, is a new building known as The Ballroom. This was used for larger events, including a Film Evening during Leominster Festival 1988.

These days, sadly, it is in a very poor state of repair and very much closed.
