THE BACCHOLIAN SINGERS began their professional career in 1963 and have given many hundreds of concerts. They are international performers, having given concerts all over Europe and in Australia and New Zealand. Amongst their members are some of the foremost young soloists in Britain. Of one performance, the music critic of The Times wrote, "their beautifully planned and executed programme bore evidence of long experience and hard work—all in all, an evening to remember". They have recorded with E.M.I. and a review in “Records and Recordings” assessed, “It is impossible to Imagine better performances than these of the star-clustered Baccholian Singers . . . .” | |||

Programme Biography
THE BACCHOLIAN SINGERS began their professional career in 1963 and have given many hundreds of concerts. They are international performers, having given concerts all over Europe and in Australia and New Zealand. Amongst their members are some of the foremost young soloists in Britain. Of one performance, the music critic of The Times wrote, "their beautifully planned and executed programme bore evidence of long experience and hard work—all in all, an evening to remember".
