An open-air rock concert in The Grange. In the main entry in the programme, no details were available but the first four (of five) bands were named at the back of the programme in a 'stop press' addition.

These presumably local bands were listed as Walk the Thin Line (a 12 piece blues revue band), Le Banque, Quick Release and Famous Names.

Memories

I actually have some memories of these concerts on The Grange which were very well attended. The stage was set up in front of the old Cricket Pavillion if I remember correctly and the audience sat and danced across the park. They were very enjoyable evenings.
