A bumper evening of historical music, choral singing and dancing at The Priory Church.
Firstly, The Consort of Songe presents choral and instrumental music titled the Golden Age of English Music and Dance. This piece is directed by Stefan Scot.
Secondly, the Passamezzo Early Dance Group performs dances of 16th century Europe in historical costumes. This performance is directed by Sheila Parret.
The final performance is accompanied by the Early Music Consort of Leominster, directed by Alan Crumpler.
During the evening, home prepared sweetmeats and punch, made to authentic historical recipes, will also be available.
